February 20

Judy had her chemo treatment on Wednesday, February 18.  Wednesday and Thursday were a bit rough, but we took the pump off today and Judy is feeling quite well.  We are off to do some shopping... a sure sign Judy is doing well.

February 12

Judy and I met with Dr. Ahmed today to discover the results of the CT scan taken on January 15.  Again, the word stable is used to describe the situation.

The biggest news is: Judy finally has an appointment with a thoracic specialist in Vancouver.  Judy will need a PET scan in the near future in preparation for her appointment in Vancouver.

Judy continues to feel well.  Her next chemo is on March 18.

February 2

Judy had chemo on February 28.  Many thanks to Judy's sister, Audrey, who took Judy to chemo and to Audrey's sister-in-law, Elaine, who came by to remove the pump on Friday.  I was shirking my duties because I went to Cuba for a week with Mary and her boyfriend, Morgan.  I returned on Friday, January 30.
Judy is feeling well now.  We have been out and about for the last three days.
The next chemo will be on February 17.  We will find out the results of the latest CT scan on February 12.
The thoracic specialist in Vancouver who will be giving Judy a second opinion on the lesions in her lungs has finally received the images from Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon.  His office is very busy; therefore, the earliest we will be traveling to Vancouver will be March.
